SALT & PEPPER: Looking Back on the Health Turning Point That Changed My Life
2026-09-12
This conversation with Khun Kleur Kitti on SALT & PEPPER gave me the opportunity to look back on a time when I was working extremely hard, to the point that my health began to deteriorate and my body age became more than ten years older than my actual age.
Looking back, I have to admit that I used to prioritize work above everything else. I wanted to get as much done as possible every single day. I didn't eat at regular times, and I didn't exercise because I believed that work was more important.
Eventually, my body started to send me a warning—with unusual fatigue and a noticeable decline in my physical condition. That became a turning point for me. I realized that, beyond the determination and passion we put into our work, our health is also an essential part of the journey. It is like a bridge that connects us to the goals we want to achieve.
I hope everyone will take the time to watch this conversation. I believe it will offer a different perspective on finding balance between work, life, and, most importantly, our health.
