Speaking at the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute's Diplomats Executive Program
2026-07-26
It was another valuable opportunity to exchange insights with the key drivers of our nation.
I had the honor of speaking at the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs for the Diplomats Executive Program (Class of 2026). The topic of my session was “The Role of Modern Leaders in Driving Organizational Transformation.” This program serves as a critical platform for preparing our future diplomats.
The attendees included senior professional-level diplomats from various departments within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, all of whom play pivotal roles in advancing Thailand’s international relations.
In addition, the program brought together executives and high-ranking officials from multiple government agencies, including the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Industry, the National Intelligence Agency, the Budget Bureau, and the National Security Council.
The insights I shared were drawn from my experiences on the global stage. My goal was to build on those perspectives by sparking ideas on how modern leaders can prepare for emerging changes and effectively guide their organizations into the future.
I truly hope these insights will support all participants in their future roles—whether in shaping policy, fostering international cooperation, or representing Thailand on the global stage.
My sincere thanks to the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs for having me.
