SOC 2 Type I Certification: To elevate our platform’s security and reliability to a globally recognised benchmark, Bitkub Exchange has officially achieved SOC 2 Type I certification as of 24 March 2025. This is not just an internal achievement; it is a public declaration of our commitment to your security.

   • What is SOC 2 Type I? The SOC 2 Type I certification is an independent audit report conducted by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) under the rigorous standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It provides a third-party validation of our control design. The audit evaluates our systems against five Trust Services Criteria: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy.

   

   
   

2. Foundational ISO/IEC Certifications: Our dedication to best practices is not a recent development. For years, we have maintained certifications for the world's leading standards for Information Security Management (ISO/IEC 27001:2022) and Privacy Information Management (ISO/IEC 27701:2019). These certifications form the bedrock of our security posture, ensuring our internal processes are consistently aligned with global standards for protecting your data.

3. Public Proof-of-Reserve: Trust should be verifiable. We have established a Proof-of-Reserve system, which is publicly available for you to review on Coinmarketcap.com. This allows anyone, at any time, to verify that we hold customer assets on a 1:1 basis. It is our direct answer to the question, "Are my assets really there?"
